2. Services Description

We provide psychological assessment, therapy, and counselling services including:

• Individual therapy and counselling
• Couples therapy
• Adolescent counselling
• Psychological assessments
• Online and in-person consultations

All services are provided by qualified, RCI-licensed professionals in accordance with professional ethical guidelines and standards.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

4.1 Booking Appointments

• Appointments can be booked through our online booking system
• All appointments are subject to availability
• You must provide accurate contact information for appointment confirmations
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to charges
• No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• All payments are processed securely through PayU payment gateway

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
• We use PayU, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, for secure transaction processing

5.3 Payment Security

• All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely
• We do not store your card details, CVV, or PIN on our servers
• Payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PayU's security standards

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Refund Policy

• All payments made for appointments and services are final and non-refundable.
• Once a payment is processed and the appointment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• This policy applies to all payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

6.2 Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time
• Rescheduling is subject to availability of alternative time slots
• No refund will be provided if you choose not to reschedule or if no alternative slots are available

6.3 Exceptions

The following circumstances may be considered for rescheduling (not refund):

• Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
• Service provider cancellation or unavailability
• Technical issues preventing service delivery (at our discretion)

Even in these exceptional cases, refunds will not be issued. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment to a mutually convenient time.

6.4 Payment Disputes

• If you believe there has been an error in payment processing, please contact us immediately
• We will investigate the matter and work with PayU to resolve any technical payment issues
• Unauthorized transactions should be reported to your bank and to us within 24 hours

6.5 Acknowledgment

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy. You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable, and you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

• Teletherapy Platforms: For online consultations (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. We encourage you to review their terms and policies.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ms. Rakshanda Sirohi, her employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
