We provide psychological assessment, therapy, and counselling services including Individual therapy, Couples therapy, Adolescent counselling, Psychological assessments, and Online/in-person consultations.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18), provide accurate information when booking appointments, and comply with all applicable laws.

4. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

4.1 Booking Appointments

• Appointments can be booked through our online booking system
• All appointments are subject to availability
• You must provide accurate contact information for appointment confirmations
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to charges
• No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All payments are processed securely through PayU payment gateway.

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
• We use PayU, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, for secure transaction processing

5.3 Payment Security

• All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely
• We do not store your card details, CVV, or PIN on our servers

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time
• Rescheduling is subject to availability of alternative time slots

6.2 Exceptions

The following circumstances may be considered for rescheduling (not refund): Medical emergencies (with valid documentation), Service provider cancellation or unavailability, or Technical issues preventing service delivery (at our discretion).

Even in these exceptional cases, refunds will not be issued. We will work with you to reschedule to a mutually convenient time.

7. Use of Website

You may use this website for booking appointments, accessing information about our services, and contacting us for legitimate inquiries. You agree not to use the website for any illegal purpose, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functioning.

Our website uses third-party services including PayU (for payment processing) and Teletherapy Platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.) for online consultations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.

13–17. Indemnification, Modifications, Governing Law, Severability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ms. Rakshanda Sirohi from any claims arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
