We may use third-party providers for: Online bookings, Teletherapy platforms (Google Meet/Zoom), Payment gateways (PayU), and Website hosting and analytics.

PayU Payment Gateway

We use PayU as our payment service provider. All payment transactions are processed securely through PayU's payment gateway. We do not store, process, or have access to your complete card details, CVV, or PIN.

Important: These third-party providers do not receive access to clinical notes, assessment details, or sensitive therapeutic content.

7. Teletherapy & Online Consultations

• Secure platforms are used (Google Meet/Zoom/etc.)
• Clients are responsible for ensuring privacy on their end
• Use a private space and avoid public Wi-Fi
• Use headphones for added confidentiality

8. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses essential cookies and anonymous analytics to improve site functionality and user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

No personally identifiable counselling information is collected through cookies.
