Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations may not be refunded as the time was reserved for you.

Yes. We use secure, encrypted platforms (Google Meet/Zoom) for online sessions. Please ensure you're in a private space during sessions, avoid public Wi-Fi, and use headphones for added privacy.
No. Your therapy is completely private unless you choose to share it. We do not contact family members, employers, or anyone else without your explicit written permission.
Fees vary by service: Initial Assessment (₹2,500), Individual Therapy (₹2,000), Couples Therapy (₹2,800), and Psychological Assessments (₹5,000-₹11,000). See our Fees page for complete details.
Payment is required in advance at the time of booking to confirm your appointment slot. This ensures commitment to the therapeutic process.
We accept online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking through secure PayU payment gateway.
Currently, we do not have direct insurance billing. However, you can request a detailed invoice to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
